First CI Mapping
This appointment was for Dr Simmons to perform my first mapping after surgery. My entire CI journey has been with Dr Simmons by my side. Her wise and calm-confident counsel made this entire process much easier. I was especially impressed that she sought me out on the day of my surgery. She made me feel like I was her only patient! I am so impressed by the entire HFH Audiology Department's evaluation process. From the very beginning, I knew I had made a good decision to place my hearing loss care in their hands. From the receptionists through to the actual surgery itself I was treated with great care. Dr. Simmons herself, is a knowledgeable, and caring health professional and I am so happy that she is my audiologist.

Very personable and professional
Dr. Simmons clearly and thoroughly explained everything and answered all questions clearly. I was even called back for my appointment prior to my appointment time! Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like Dr. Simmons, and everyone working in the office, truly cares about me and my health. I will actually look forward to going back for my follow up appointments.
