I started seeing Jose a few months ago, and now I feel like I can't live without our weekly sessions. He's an excellent counselor. Professional, compassionate, non-judgmental, but also candid. He does a mix of psychoanalysis with cognitive behavioral therapy. He helps you explore your situation and get to the root of the problem, but also gives great practical advise on how to deal with the situation. He has helped me tremendously with my problem drinking, and in other areas of my life.
