This was first visit. Everyone was excellent from the time I walked in the door. Dr. Followell was great, he explained everything he did and fit my contacts toerfectlu. So glad a friend referred him to me..

Waited 3 months for glasses that are too small and hurt to wear. It will take at least another month to get a pair that will fit. Horrible service!

Dr. Joseph Followell is very personable, he doesn’t just rush in and rush out. He takes the time to listen and answer any questions that you might have. He is very thorough, and I believe he strives for perfection. Our family has been very satisfied with Dr. Followell and his staff and we highly recommend them.

Dr. Followell and his staff are all GREAT! I would recommend him to everyone. He is very personable and also very thorough when explaining things! As for me and my family we will continue using Dr. Followell for all of our vision needs!

Dr. Followell & his staff are phenomenal! They are super friendly, extremely helpful, & immediately put you at ease. My daughters love going in for their eye appointments because Dr. Followell makes them feel like he values them & their stories. He always takes time to catch up with them & chat before he ever jumps into the eye exam. I love taking my girls in because he is thorough & takes care of their eyes. Every person in the office is super, going above and beyond to take care of us!
