Avoid at all costs
I have been going to this next care at coachline and Twin Peaks for the last 9 years for multiple urgent needs and everytime has been very pleasant until today when I was subjected to harsh treatment by the provider named Joseph Gaddam, PAC. After waiting 2 hours with a scheduled appointment he stated I had to go see a specialist and he couldn't do anything for me. Even though I had had the exact minor procedure done a year earlier at the same nextcare. When I questioned him why was a different provider at same location able to perform the necessary minor procedure he stumbled on his words and was unable to give me a clear concise answer like a medical professional should be capable of. This is very suspicious I dont believe he is capable of basic functions as a provider at an urgent care facility. Not just because of my own experience but observing others having issue with Joseph Gaddam for a multitude of other reasons as they were leaving the facility. All the other stuff are carryi

He’s absolutely not a good listener, he gets offended when you try to explain to him what you feel. I was going to tell him that the pain is not with the muscle but he kept infuriating me by saying “i know” never gave me a chance to clarify to him. He has low self-esteem. I asked him to do a blood test but he REFUSED. He started to use weird language. I had tonsils white spots which everyone can goodle it and know it’s infection, i used an antibiotic and got better, but he kept saying no.

I saw Joseph Gaddam under busy hours. He was calm but efficient. He is an attentive, caring provider that listened to me well. He quickly provided quality care. Very kind and understanding. Would highly recommend.
