Dr. Leclere had a rough patch about 10 years ago, but has cleaned up his act since then. That is why I would recommend him, because I haven't forgotten how I got some shoddy treatment before. His eye glass fitter, I told her I didn't see as well with my new glasses as my old. She made excuses instead of fixing the problem.
