Joseph was easy to talk to and seem genuinely interested in what I had to say and was very thorough in explaining next steps etc.

Disappointed I did not get any answers/possible explanations or discussion of what the next options are. Did not seem to show concern that this is a very distressing problem I am experiencing.

Joseph shows compassion and actual interest in my health issues. He is concerned when my labs are wacky and makes sure I am feeling okay first. He is always willing to discuss my concerns and always makes me feel like IF I need something after my appointment all I have to do is call up and he will either get the labs scheduled or whatever I may need.

Joseph was wonderful, very professional, friendly, caring, helpful. I appreciate his knowledge of not only my case but his knowledge in general about what could be done for me. He spent extra time listening to me and offering helpful suggestions and reminding me of what I could do. It helped me very much to talk to him, I came away with a sense of calm and trust in the approach to my being ill. His dedication to listening and helping absolutely helped me very much. He sensed that I was pretty anxious and was able to calm my fears. Really good appointment visit.

He wasn't my usual APRN, but he was very kind, attentive & understanding.
