I was in for my 6 month post shoulder replacement check up and pep talk. PA Meindl was on time and outgoing as always. After the usual pleasantries we talked about my last pain free 6months and how I was progressing. Once I was able to show him that my amazing healing abilities had given me the agility and range of motion of a healthy yet somewhat husky teenager, I was cleared. I booked a year Follow-up and I was on my way. All in all 10/10.

As always Michelle the medical assistant is a ray of sunshine. She is always kind, compassionate and caring Jay was is usual outgoing self. He took his time reviewing my x-rays and answered all my questions. He very gently injected my knee. Also is was an absolute pleasure meeting the new PA Austin. Unfortunately I cannot give the same review to reception. They are cold, mechanical and unfeeling. The receptionist who checked me in ( cannot tell you her name because her name tag was flipped over) but sh e sits at the 3rd or 4th desk from the left and has long blonde hair. She never made eye contact. Insisted twice that I hadn't paid both my copays when I had on line 9/23/22. No personality and she could have at least managed one tiny smile
