Dr. Josette Salazar, OD

Dr. Salazar is the best optometrist in Central Florida. Her staff is terrific. Office visits are easy to schedule. The eye exams are professional, yet personal. The selection of frames is exceptional, and after you select new frames, the staff processes your paperwork correctly and quickly. If you don't want new frames- no problem! She'll put your new prescription lenses into your old/current glasses. Just bring them in with you! Highly recommended!

Dr. Salazar is extremely professional and definitely takes time out to talk you through everything that's going on with your sight. My family and I had a really good doctor that we went to for years, but she moved her practice so we needed another doctor. I'm very skeptical about every health professional I see and I do my homework, check people out and won't settle for anything less than the best when it comes to my health and the health of my family. Dr. Salazar exemplifies knowledge and professionalism. She's simply the best! We followed her to her new office and could not be happier. If you want one-on-one attention (and to NOT feel like just a number), and to be talked to and walked through every aspect of your exam, shown photos of any problem areas, etc., then Salazar is the doctor for you. She treats you like a human, like a friend. She truly cares and knows her stuff! I highly recommend!

I have keratoconus and on my initial appt, she spent almost 2 hours with me, trying to find the best fit for my contacts. She genuinely cares about her patients and is a perfectionist when it comes to getting the best contacts for her patients. I call her my angel because she gave me my site back.

Save your eyes, your vision and the aggravation of going to see her, your eyesight is priceless, she does not care if you vision gets better or worse get a professional eye exam with a professional OD your eyes and your sight are priceless to gamble with this person.
