Josh Cress is one of the most compassionate and intuitive counselors I've ever seen in my years of seeking help to heal from past traumas! He is not one of those textbook, impersonal, theoretical counselors who has never experienced his own hardships in life, so he gets it! He created such a warm, emotionally safe space it was easy to be real with him. His acceptance of where I was at the time and his support of my process made it the most rewarding and productive season of counseling I've ever experienced. I wholeheartedly recommend his care and practice!
