Even though they were short handed, they worked me in and the experience was amazing. I have never been better taken care of at an eye care facility than Dr. Pass’ office. The staff is friendly, competent, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring.From checking in, through the pre-exam testing, the consultation with Dr. Pass, and them providing my new eyeglasses, and the checkout process, it was a pleasure.Dr. Pass thoroughly explained my conditions, went through all of the tests, and answered all of my questions. He then made sure that my new glasses were correct and that they fit properly.The fees and costs were more than fair and less than I expected!I cannot rate them high enough and fully recommend them for all of your eye care needs.

Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable in conditions of the eye. Excellent, state of the art medical equipment. Very helpful and professional staff. Listens well and is a kind and caring. Great "bedside" manner.
