Unethical, unequipped, careless. My sister couldn't get an appointment with a real doctor and had to settled for a zoom tele-health visit with Juana out of desperation. During their scheduled appointment time, Juana took the zoom call while driving home, and my sister's session was interrupted by the sound of Juana's family in the background upon her arriving home. She then proceeded to advise my sister to treat her crippling depression with chamomile tea and melatonin. This is insulting "Advice" to any human suffering through deep clinical depression. Juana is better suited as a spiritual guru to the privileged looking to have their chakras aligned - NOT speaking with patients in a severe mental health crisis. This is obviously a grift to make $100 cash on her way home from the office off of a person suffering from crippling depression.
