I've never felt more intimidated, unheard, or steamrolled by a medical provider in my entire life, by a LONG shot. She is insensitive, demeaning in actions and words, and unless you're ready to stand up for yourself, she will steamroll you and make you feel entirely unheard, even wrong for attempting to seek care for sensitive issues. I went home and cried after one visit because she made me feel so small and humiliated. No person in charge of medical care should ever make someone feel that way. Maybe she wasn't always that way, but if one can't perform as should be DEMANDED, one should find another vocation. It seems to be past time for that for her. Do yourself a huge favor and steer clear of Ms. Schambach.

My husband had a painful "lump" that had been dismissed by three doctors and two emergency room visits over a period of 3 months. She was the first provider that believed that something was seriously wrong and after much testing it turns out he had a necrotic abscessed lymph node that was close to bursting which could have killed him. Thanks to her, he had it removed before it burst, so yeah, he could possibly be dead if not for her.

She was dismissive of my concerns and cut me off as I was describing my symptoms. Seemed more interested in typing everything up on the laptop and checking off boxes than actually listening to what I was saying.

She was always disrespectful and didn't listen to me. I would try and tell her treatments and medications that had worked for me in the past and she wouldn't listen to me, and instead gave me medications that didn't work. She's always late, not attentive or caring, and her body language gave me the impression that she didn't care about my well being; she was just trying to get the appointment over as soon as possible.

My vitals were low & she said I needed to go to the ER. Asst called my husband & when he didn't answer the 1st time, JS called the ambulance to take me 2 blocks. I only needed to take an escalator up 1 floor to get Rick. She refused to let me leave. I was in my right mind & should've been able to make my own health care decisions. In the ambulance all vitals were fine. She could've waited 10 more minutes to see I was fine to get Rick. The assistant was great, not JS & sadly, costly for me.

She is rude, obnoxious, does not like to treat adults with ADHD, won't look at you because she it too busy typing on her computer, does not listen when you speak, does not care about what you say, she blows you off and does her own thing and fights with you on all your answers. She is ruder than rude and cold as ice.

I've seen her once. My four year old son has seen her once. She's rude, has a condescending bedside manner, and constantly told us updated practices contradict all the work we've done with previous doctors. She doesn't like my son's diagnosises because there's too much of those around. So now I have to jump through hoops to keep him on medication he desperately needs, medication that turned his life around. When I asked for help with insomnia she told me I was just lazy.

My experiences at Mechanicburg location left me feeling traumatized to say the least! Her bedside manner is Horrible and unprofessional!! At times during my visit she would confuse me with other patients. Very rude and constantly cuts you off while talking. I felt so uncomfortable and unimportant during my exam!! She should not be seeing anyone in my opinion!!! Stay away from this CRNP especially if your over weight extremely insulting and demeaning as a Health Provider!!!STAY AWAY!!

She was rude, interrupted me multiple times, repeated the same questions and debated with me about my answers.

She spends all her time reading off of and typing into her computer, rarely looks at the patient, never seems concerned about my health. She is rude and abrupt. Once for a physical, I had a little note pad with general Q's about my health since I hadn't been to see Doc for 2 yrs. As soon as she entered the room and noticed the pad, she immediately said, You are here for your physical today. If you have any other concerns, make an appointment regarding those. I quit this prac. b/c of her.
