Did Not Submit Insurance Claims
This therapist says she accepts Anthem insurance. I saw her 7 or 8 times and told her I wasn't coming back. She never replied but removed my appointments from her online portal. Month after month went by and I never received a bill from her. A year and a half later I check the online portal and it says please pay $945 dollars. I check Anthem and she never submitted any claims. So basically I paid her $1000 for her to run off some copies about "feelings" and I tried to share a bad experience I had with a prior therapist and instead of Judy helping me understand why that bad experience happened she decided to make it about her and said she hoped I never said anything bad like that to her. That was my final session with her. I wasn't about to relive everything again. Judy will be my final therapist. I see now how the whole industry is a scam. I can think for myself now and I feel safe. After she got my money she closed me out of the portal and didn't even send an invoice. Unprofessional
