Judy is great overall, the nurse's are attentive, but some of the office workers could use some positive attitude skills, not give you attitude for doing their work. If you have to call in refills, the office workers don't always relay the messages and have to call them more than once to make sure things get done. I am sure it's not all their fault, but the computer system doesn't always send in orders to the pharmacies.
