The most unprofessional medical worker I've ever had to deal with, this woman has been at her job too long and lost the compassion for helping people, has no business working in an er setting where people might actually need help! She talked down to me and never took my concerns siriusly. Made no attempt to try to figure out what was wrong and basically acted like i was ridiculous for coming to the er. By the other reviews I'm definitely not the only one to have this problem with her. How many others are there that just never said anything.

I had the displeasure of this woman being assigned to me in the ER. Not only did she undermind my reason for being there, she asked many questions & made comments that were uncalled for. I was in quite a lot of pain & the nurses had turned the lights down for me to reduce my extreme sensitivity to the light. When preparing to discharge me, Julia came in and turned on all the lights. It would have been obvious that it caused me discomfort, but just incase, I asked her to please turn the lights back down. She told me no and that they needed to be on for her to see me.Itold her my head was feeling as if it was in a vice & quite sensitive & again asked her to turn the lights back down. She turned two of the three switches on in the tiny room& it was clear it caused me pain. She didn't care&I should have kicked her out right then & there. I feel upset with myself for being treated the way I was by her&upset that I paid for someone to be so cold&cruel. She should not be working with people.

Went to ER for back pain was Given meds to pick up at the pharmacy . No X-ray or MRI to determine the exact nature . Was told that she had experienced the same thing for over a Year and worked 14 hour shifts with out missing a day. I had to be wheeled in because I could barely walk. I was left to walk out . I felt as though I was a inconvenience and I have been going here for years and never a bad experience till now. I got the same result had I gone to medcheck . I was hopeinh for answers
