Ms Gamble was wonderful. She listened and it was clear that she cared. She explored options, she included me in the conversation and she helped me to understand the consequences of each of my choices. I was actually amazed at the amount of care she gave to my situation.

I’m helping an 87 yr old Korean War veteran apply for veteran benefits. The veteran told Ms Gamble she spoke too fast and asked her to speak slower. She replied “she did not have time to speak slower”. The veteran is in congestive heart failure and wears a pace maker and is in very poor health. Ms Gamble treated him like he was a malingerer. She did not even fill out the form correctly which cost the veteran several weeks of much needed benifits. I would not take a dog to Ms Gamble.
