Julia Navalta, NPC

I can’t say enough about my experience with Julia. I had been looking for a primary care doctor for months and all offices either had a 6 month waiting list or weren’t taking new patients. I found Queensridge Health and was amazed when I could book an appointment online, and two days from the day I was looking. Julia spent 30 minutes with me…listening to me and never once making me feel crazy about any of my worries or wishes. She ordered an abundance of bloodwork…which every other doctor laughed at me for. She was SO kind and willing to find the root of concerns, not just medication. Her utilization of the app made me have full access to her even before my next follow up. I’ve since sent my husband and 4 friends and all of them have had the same experience and are now referring their friends. I can’t tell you the relief I have finding someone with availability AND who listens to me. Truly, I’m so grateful I found her plan to see her for years to come as our primary care physician!

I cannot say enough good things about Nurse Practitioner Julia Navalta. From the moment I met her, I was impressed with her attentive and patient-centered approach. She genuinely listened to my concerns. I appreciated her thoroughness when examining and addressing my health issues, and at no point did I feel like she was rushing through the appointment. I highly recommend her.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PEOPLE HERE. I called to schedule an appt for a referral for an urgent biopsy. I did not have my ins card yet and was unable to retrieve it digitally. After several calls with their receptionist where I explained I didn’t have my card, she asked I get the info from the ins company, which I did, and she scheduled my appt. Every time I explained I didn’t have my card, I was told it wasn’t a problem. When I show up to my appt, Xochitl, the manager, would not check me in because I didn’t have my card. I explained the conversations I had with the woman I talked to. Didn't matter. Xochitl was incredibly rude, would not let me be seen. When I asked to speak to her boss or someone who could help, she refused and actually said they would not see me because I was going to be a difficult patient, told me to leave and threatened to “call someone' if I didn't. I never saw a medical person, but the staff is so horrible, it's not worth it. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Navalta was great on the first visit as my new Primary care Physician. She was very thorough and ordered plenty of tests to check my health. The day of my follow-up visit the staff called to say they had to reschedule me because the doctor was out sick. Not a big deal, it happens, but what was a big deal was the attitude that I received from the staff member who didn't like how I requested certain days and times of the week,which were definitely open enough to find an appointment. It just wasn't when she wanted in order to fill gaps. This same scenario happened a second time on what was supposed to be my next visit. I asked this person to please just call me when the doctor comes in and we will set up an appointment then. 2 weeks past and no phone call. I went to their office to just get a print out of my records, and was met with the same unprofessional person, rolling her eyes and shaking her head at the person on the phone, giving them and myself a very disrespectful attitude.

Wonderful, thorough, on time, kind, caring and trustworthy woman. I am so pleased to be in her care. Highly recommended.

Very personable, listens and asks appropriate questions, and follows up promptly. Not only does she follow up promptly, but she continues to monitor you to ensure that you completed your tests, etc. that she requested for you. Great nurse practioner!

Listens well, cares and explains very well. Takes time to understand your concerns.
