Julie Cochran has been my casemanager for 5 years, I’ve learned so much from her. She has been the best casemanager since I came into concord on July 25, 1987. Julie takes me to all of my appointments she’ll even go into the room with me, she’ll talk for me whenever I don’t understand what the doctor trying to tell me. We have gone out for lunch a lot, she visited with me a whole lot whenI was is the hospital, she is like a friend to me
