I have been with Julie for almost 6 years, and have never had a negative experience. She is compassionate, empathetic, and does an excellent job explaining what could be the root cause of certain feelings and emotions. She is easily accessible, offering both Telehealth or in person sessions, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist!

Julie is a jewel of a psychologist
Telehealth
I've been a client of Julie's for about twenty years, our interactions paralleling my mental health needs. My mental health journey has been about as circuitous as any worthwhile endeavor ever is. Julie has been solid as a rock throughout the experience, which is both how a therapist should be & a rare find in the medical profession. As I've struggled immensely with expressing myself - her ability to listen & keep listening, remaining warm & open to what I'm saying even as I struggle to say it has provided a constant source of comfort & exemplary guidance. As an example, I was a victim of bullying in K-12 school, where I had few adults and peers around me who had either the capacity or bravery to care about how I felt or to intervene. Julie helped guide me in reclaiming my own worth & identifying personality traits in others that show they're capable of providing support/friendship. I've since graduated from an ivy league college. Highly recommend Julie.

Highly Recommend Julie
Julie is an incredible therapist who has helped me understand and work though a multitude of challenges, including family dynamics, confidence issues, obsessive compulsive disorder, and general anxiety disorder. She has helped me understand how the obsessive compulsive mind works and how to create new ways of thinking to reduce the impacts. She has also helped me understand others, which has enabled me to deal with situations in a much more constructive and much less emotional way. Her knowledge is vast and is shared in a way that is easily understood and relatable, which helps me to retain what I’ve learned and call upon it when I am faced with a challenge. I would highly recommend Julie!

Vague, unhelpful, what credentials? Timewaste
While her persona is pleasant enough, she seems ill equipped to help you examine, and work on specific issues. I left each session unimpressed, uninspired, and a bit bored.
