Not well-rounded
She was great in some areas but poor in others. If you are looking for deep insight, she will not give it. However, she was better than nothing. I stopped seeing her due to her stopping taking insurance. She did not allow me to end things on my own terms as she should have and promised. Became cold and impersonal. Additionally, largely feel I wasted ~2 years of therapy not getting the help I needed.

Been great. Worked with dr Griggs on personal and marriage counseling. Learned a lot about myself and was able to move past many issues. The future looks brighter thanks to Dr Griggs.
