Incredible Experience

Dr. Kolzet was incredibly understanding and helped me cope with my insomnia and anxiety. I had an amazing experience with her, as she was extremely patient and helpful. She created new ways for me to work on anxiety and sleep patterns, and allowed me to work on areas I couldn't focus on myself. I highly recommend Dr. Kolzet to anyone looking for a happier life!

I am excited to be working in New York City as a licensed psychologist with specialized training in health psychology. I work with individuals, groups, hospitals, businesses, and schools. I am a published researcher, adjunct clinical supervisor, and proud mentor to several excellent doctoral-level trainees.
