Julie is an excellent therapist a diamond in the rough. I feel understood, trust her and believe she can help me. In a short time, I have learned techniques to better communicate with my spouse. With her help, I am hopeful to realize a better relationship with my spouse both psychologically and spiritually. I look forward to our sessions and am grateful for her help.

Warm, funny, and so easy to talk to, she has never made me feel weird or stupid. She gets me and helps me get myself. She's never put off by whatever curveball I throw this week, she takes everything in with such grace. 10/10

Julie is empathic, kind, and compassionate. She is helping my spouse and I navigate the toughest terrains of our marriage. Julie is insightful and clear. I regularly have “a-ha” moments with her and find her “homework” helpful and purposeful. I am thankful that Julie was placed in my path and supporting me through very, very difficult times.

Julie is a fantastic therapist. She listens and gets to the issues that need to be addressed while giving you all the support you need. Love the goals that are set and being able to see actual progress. Would recommend her to both young and old.

Julie is an angel on earth. She guided my family and I through some of our darkest times, with care and consideration, we were able to move forward with a new outlook. I recommend Julie and her colleagues to many people and finally took to the internet to do the same. I suggest booking well in advance and checking with your insurance to make sure she is in network.

Trustworthy. Julie and her husband Chris who manages the practice go above and beyond with helping insurance questions and making sure that the client does not get additional fees. Chris is always available to answer questions and is the kindest person to speak with. Makes the financial side easy to manage when trying to begin therapy for the first time. I highly recommend this practice. If they cannot help you, they will get you to where you need to be.

I was not sure what to expect going to therapy for the first time but was pleasantly surprised. Being a mother herself, I really connected with this therapist and her experience of raising children and upholding the covenant of marriage. I immediately felt at ease and was reminded that people are tested so they have testimony. I have a completely different view of going to therapy and each week I walk away feeling lighter.

She IS the kid counselor! and the grown up counselor, too! Came highly recommended by my friend and she has been life changing. Reliable and thoughtful - I look forward to meeting each week. My children also attend the group practice with another therapist and we have found that to be tremendously helpful - not only for scheduling :) - but for unity and extra encouragement through the tough weeks. The office staff is beyond helpful with managing insurance and appointments. We are grateful!

i found Dr. Julie on psychology today and thank god i did. i struggled with depression, anxiety and porn drug alcohol addiction for a long time. i just wanted help to move on with my life and feel good. Dr. Julies laid back approach was non threatening and helped me through a few tough times. i have recommended her to others and hope I can work with her again. my advice is for people to try counseling, it is worth it and it is not embarrassing.
