Judgmental and falsely presumptive.
She chose to make an absolutely baseless assumption about me as patient and additionally made an incredibly offensive comment that I guess she assumed I was too stupid to understand what she was alluding to THEN she proceeded to bill my visit under an ICD 10 code she knew wouldn’t be covered under my insurance and I am so beyond pissed I cannot see straight. My insurance is well aware of this and I will NOT be paying one red cent. You are a disgrace. I’d like to call you worse but I’ll refrain from flagging my own review because I hope to God you see this. You disgust me.
