Julie and her staff were very welcoming. I barely had any wait time to be seen. Julie and her staff did not make me feel out of place at all, and listened to my concerns. She took action and provided me on what to do if follow up may be needed before our standard check up. Julie provided me with a few alternatives, and her care was out of this world. I had a few questions before the appointment and Julie was very quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

My family has been going to Julie for years! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. She always listens and and treats us with respect. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

She does not understand mental health whatsoever. When I told her about the serious withdrawal symptoms I've had when trying to stop my Cymbalta, she asked if that was just underlying depression. Anyone who knows about SSRI drugs will tell you about how bad the withdrawal can be. To imply that it's simply my underlying depression at once marginalizes what I am experiencing and also leads me to feel like I'm not improving. I also take vyvanse but had been out for a couple days before going in. When my drug test came back negative for vyvanse, she refused to prescribe, implying I could be selling it. I have ADHD, so of course I'm late getting it refilled sometimes. Made no effort to find out why it was negative, just treated me like an addict or drug dealer. Incredibly indifferent toward anyone with any kind of mental health needs.

Overall, great visit. Julie is very knowledgeable and friendly. Was a quick and straight forward visit.

The front office staff were extremely rude and condescending, and in medical care or any customer service, your staff should be trained to interact with their customers with dignity and respect. The staff here are unprofessional and also treat patients as a number and not an individual. I'm very disappointed with how the larger medical systems are getting away from patient centered care and seem way more focused on profit and pushing patients through to meet RVUs and not provide good care.

I feel rushed during my appointments. I have been taking Xanax for panic attacks and she said she will not prescribe them because they are the most abused drug, it is unfair to not give a person a medication that they take properly because of what others abuse. She is insensitive to any anxiety options that are controlled substances, it seems she is more interested in not prescribing controls than she is prescribing something that works.

She is empathetic, a great listener, and takes my health seriously while still being practical. I wouldn't want to see any other medical professional if I didn't have to!

She is my whole family's practioner. Professional, knowledgable, answers all questions. Like her a lot! Highly recommend.

I just moved here and Julie has been my care provider she has been very professional very patient and understanding of my medical conditions.

Very unprofessional and insensitive. She was more concerned about the time than treating me. Did not take anything I was telling her about my pain into consideration. I received better treatment at an urgent care clinic.
