Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

If you never received treatment from Dr Pope, you have no right to review her as a psychologist. She helped me change my life and let go of 20 year old rage. But as the joke goes: “How many psychologists does it to change a light bulb?” “Just one, but it has to want to change.” She’s good, which is why she’s booked solid.

I expect a call back from a mental healthcare professional on the same business day if the message is left before 2PM. I might tolerate 24 hours later, but nothing at all? Imagine if you really had an issue. Not one bad enough for 911, but one that required you to be seen at the earliest availability. What would you do? I'd rather do business with someone who has the professional courtesy to return my call.

So my son finally got the courage to call to make an appointment. Voice mail left with a call back number. 2 weeks later no response. I wanted to think the other reviewer that mentioned the same issue was a fluke. Seems sad to say you are available to help someone, they ask for it and the request is ignored.

Dr. Pope is an excellent councilor; empathetic yet able to focus the patient on dealing with their issues in a guided examination of their life and decisions. I would highly recommend her for anyone who feels personal counseling would be helpful.

I placed two calls to Dr. Pope to make my first appt. The first was 10 days ago, the second was 3 days ago.Dr. Pope has never returned my calls. The message I left her said that if she was too busy for a new patient, just let me know and I will be happy to call someone else. She was one of the only drs on my insurance plan that was listed as taking new patients. It took months, actually years, to get up my courage to see a therapist about an ongoing problem and getting no return phone call is tough.
