Would Not Recommend
I took my dad to see Julie, who is a NP at Fresno PACE, and he had an on-going cough. All she did was prescribe him OTC medicine (SMH). We went to another emergency-referred clinic because they were overloaded with patients or understaffed. We went to see Jenny, a NP, at Prompt Health Care in Fresno. I can tell Jenny has a lot more experience than Julie and was able to help my dad with his on-going cough with the right prescription and diagnosis. Also, the nurse assistant was very friendly and seemed like she liked her job and helping the public. The downside was the front desk female personnel: too much Chatty Kathy on non-work-related topics, and some seemed to dislike being there. If I had a choice, I would highly recommend Jenny as a PCP for your family.
