Dr. Julie Toon, OD

Please know Dr. Toon is absolutely wonderful. Honestly I am struggling to write this review but it needs to be written and made public knowledge so that any perspective patient can BEWARE! Scott, the office assistant and Dr. Toon's husband, has the least amount of tact and customer support abilities of anyone I have ever met. He is rude to say the least. Has now treated multiple members of my family like they were less than dirt for simply asking questions pertaining to insurance, and when questioned on such behavior rather than answer for it he simply 'severs ties' with any patient asking or family member of said person asking. You can have all the documentation, every bit of insurance information near and in line to present to him and he almost seems offended if you disagree with his know everything perception of himself. I am sad that I will no longer be a patient of Dr. Toon's, especially on the basis of the secretary hating their job, but I take comfort in knowing at least I and o
