The psychiatrist appeared very intelligent and knowledgable, but did not have the tactfulness and sensitivity one may expect from a mental health provider. Granted, I was seen in the summer of 2020, but in reviewing my files, I will be re-evaluated with a more personable provider should I need more testing. The provider appeared biased towards the new NP I had been seeing. Upon reflection with my current providers, it is suggested that the diagnosis I was given in 2020 was an inaccuracy and behavior was heavily influenced by the medication the NP has me on. Respectfully, I hope that the provider has also gained a pulse on cultural differences of the contemporary times and also acknowledges that people are capable of unique sexualities and gender identities. If your schedule and finances can afford it, seek elsewhere for reliable, knowledgeable, and sensitive care.

Ok, so I deleted my initial review; it was way too mean, disrespectful, and unnecessary. My family's experience with this individual practice from start to finish was that bad! From the time you walk-in, during the visit(s), to the results, and ending with billing is unsatisfactory! The receptionist is clueless and dishonest. My daughter called to inquire about her results and the receptionist straight up lied to her by telling her she couldn't find her file, only to admit the lie in a later conversation with my wife. The excuse given was there was a customer in front her if you can believe that! The incompetent unorganized doctor and billing make the receptionist look like a genius! People, if you love yourself and members of your family ensure you do your due diligence by researching these type doctors (we failed to) - STAY AWAY!

If I could give negative stars I would. I feel like I’m leaving with more issues then I started with and 95% of them were because of Dr. June Wright-good or members of her staff. Both my sister and I went to her seeking guidance and help and all either of us got was more stress and frustration. My sister left her office in tears after just one secession and I’m trying to get a diagnosis for a learning disability but not only is it taking more then twice as long (6 months and counting) it’s also more then 4 times as expensive then I was told. She never answers any of my questions and has offered zero support through out this whole process. Now, after I already paid thousands of dollars to get tested, every time I call to try and get my results she says anything to get me off the phone and I don’t hear anything back from her for weeks. If you can go anywhere else please do! Don’t waste your precious time and money on this joke of a practice.

I personally love Dr. Wright Good and her staff. I have always felt comfortable in her office. The receptionist is cheerful and welcoming. Dr. Wright Good is so easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor, and is a genuine person.

Not helpful at all. Kept asking for guidance and advice because I’ve never seeked help before and she just kept asking what I want to do after I told her I don’t know that’s why I’m here. She told me to read self help books, gave no advice further for treatment, talked to me more like a buddy than a professional and would go back to small talk if I tried to keep talking about my issues. Ended up crying in her parking lot for 45 minutes because I felt so helpless and lost.

Dr. Wright-Good is highly skilled and highly personable in the way she works with patients. I would definitely recommend her!

June Wright was very understanding with my daughter.took her time with her and helped her learn coping skills that helped with her anxiety and depression.The staff is awesome answers your questions and very pilot .Keep up great work
