care philosophy
I use evidenced based mindfulness and body- focused therapies to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and other various challenges. I am an EMDR clinician, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I also use ACT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Both are Evidenced based. I work with adults and adolescents.Counseling
