Staff is always friendly & helpful, always returns call. As for Justin, I can't say enough. He listens, cares about what I have to say & looks out for my health better than anyone other health professional I've ever seen. And at my age, I've seen plenty! :)

Let me start out by saying Justin himself is a very nice medical professional. His office however is severally lacking in professionalism. Communication is null. Forget calling them and receiving anyone whose nice and supportive. They never inform Justin of any issues that arise when a patient calls. Over the last year the office staff has went downhill. They're truly terrible. One (I forget her name, she's older and works the front counter,) is very rude when you're in the office. The only nice person in the office staff is Jamie, but then again she never truly knows what she is doing. Having a nice person treat you is always a bonus, but this office staff will send you running. I've left the office due to lack of communication. Justin can only do so much as he's not the doctor who owns the practice (he's not even a doctor at all.) If I could give this office as a whole 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend this practice. Find someone else!

Best family doctor I ever knew! Very caring, attentive, reliable, gentle, not rushy, friendly and respectful, listens to patient, easy to communicate with.I am a cancer patient. He understands my illness and explained about much better than my oncologist. Wish he was an oncologist.Staff is friendly and caring too.I leave Justin Grifka's office satisfied which is very important for patient.I have bad memories about my former physicians and NPs.All doctors should be like him! May he be blessed.
