I arrived early and was seen promptly. Dr. Kim was very professional and explained the results of my tests. He took the time to listen to my questions and answered every one.

Prompt, thorough and friendly staff

I've been a patient at Atwal for years and the quality care has declined rapidly over the past two. They took me 25 minutes late, the nurse didn't seem to understand how I needed contacts and glasses for both near and distance, and had a new doctor this year and that flipped through the perscription lenses way too fast. I also always used to order my contact lenses after my annual appointment but they are now limited to Tues appointments only so it's been a challenge to reorder those and they do not provide samples. Will be switching my eye care provider for next year.

Dr. Kim was very professional and thorough. His detailed explanation & understanding was very appreciated.

Dr. Kim saw me because I thought that I either had something in my right eye or an infection. I had pain, redness and blurred vision. He thoroughly examined both eyes and diagnosed me very dry eyes due to a new nasal antihistamine. He then gave me a treatment plan which included medication for dry eyes. I have seen Dr. Kim before for my annual eye exam. He has always been very nice, thorough and explains everything.

Justin was excellent and clear in his directions to me.

It is a large facility to navigate. The volume of patients was minimal upon arrival; I called in for the exam quickly. He is the only optometrist who briefly discussed dry eyes with me, and told me to buy over-the-counter lubricant eye drops.

Dr Kim was polite, professional, and friendly. I was concerned about this check up in particular because this office had referred me to OCLI for retina issues. Being back at the “starting Gate” and getting an overall positive check up was most reassuring.

I have been seeing Dr Kim for a few years. He gives me updates on how soon I will need cataract surgery. He is very professional, communicates well, answers all my questions. I never feel rushed. The entire staff is very professional.
