I saw Justin Madriaga because my primary care Dr was booked, he sent a PA student in to talk to me about why I was there. She spent about 15 minutes with me asking a lot of questions and was very thorough . She then left the room and said PA Madriaga would be in shortly. 10 minutes later he came in introduced himself and said he read the student notes and said this is what I am going to prescribe you. And referred me to Orthopedic and MRI. When I asked him about the medications he was prescribing he was short with me and left . I was very disappointed with him showing no concern with the pain I am in. I had my MRI and its not good I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get him to call me and prescribe me a medication I know that works for me and it is not a narcotic or opioid. He still keeps prescribing me medications that don't work and he doesn't seem to care about my pain at all. Don't tell your medical assistants to tell me you will call and you don't. Truly disappointed.
