Dr. Justin Napotnik, DC

Although arguably friendly, Dr. Napotnik did not provide the care I expected. On the first day, he did an exam and we went to use a piece of equipment that measures the pressure on my feet that was supposed to help with my posture and/or back pain. The machine did not work & over 12+ visits, we never revisited it. Each time I came back he gave me his same exact speech about chiropractic care, as if he had no idea he had done the same on all my visits prior. It was if he did not know I was his existing patient and never seemed to remember me or what the care was that I needed. I never saw any results and neither did my spouse. Very disappointing as I have had quality chiropractic care in the past and my spouse has not, and this was their first attempt. Not happy and would not recommend.

Initially I did not expect a lot, but as time passed by and with additional exercises provided by Dr. Napotnik, my body transformed in such way that I couldn't even imagine, the most important thing is consistency in adjustments and exercises. Wish I`ve met Dr Napotnik before but I`m living proof that is never too late! Thank You!

I originally saw him for back pains that had been plaguing me for over a year. Long story short, Dr. Justin did the most thorough exam, X-rays, and more. He explained every little detail to me and put together a comprehensive plan for my care. He always took his time. His adjustments were not the typical less than one minute adjustment like other chiros. He is compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. Haven't had back pains in over a year now! He is by far the best! Highly recommend!
