I have just scheduled my final session with ecotherapist Justin Pegnataro, not because I want to stop seeing him, but because I no longer need to. Every one of my therapy goals has been met. This surprises me as I initially presented with a very high anxiety level and irrational fears which were severely limiting my life. Through working with Justin, I have my life back. My life is now more expansive and enjoyable than it has ever been.

Justin has been a huge blessing in my life. I immediately felt comfortable in our very first session, and he continues to make me feel more confident and brave after every session. I love how he connects nature into our sessions both while we are hiking outside, but also during our indoor sessions as well.

Justin is a compassionate and effective therapist. He has many tools in his toolbox and different approaches to offer. He has helped me through a number of major life events and helped me get to a better baseline of mental health. I really appreciate the nature-based approach, being able to meet outside and go for walks is wonderful when you work in an office in front of a computer all day. I have recommended Justin to friends and they have also had a positive experience.
