and Justina were both very kind, as well as the receptionist. I am new to using insurance and had a lot of silly questions, but everyone was so helpful. Justina never made me feel rushed and made lots of eye contact so I felt like she was really listening to me. She explained every part of the procedure before she did it, so I felt very safe.

I've never had an experience with a doctors office where I actually felt valued and validated as a person, until now. They treated me with respect and genuine care, which again, I have never before in my life experienced in the medical field.

I absolutely loved Justina. She was so warm and caring and did not seem rushed during our visit in the least. She was very gentle and kind. My only request and suggestion is to allow the patients to make the decision to wear a mask or not. At this point, it seems rather redundant to still require them when there are available treatments, therapies and prophylaxis options. Thank you for your consideration.

There are a quite a few reasons I wouldn’t recommend Justina but instead of naming all of them I will just say there are a lot of nurse practitioners- find a different one.
Thank goodness I was just a gyn pt. And not ob..... I didn’t like her for a Pap smear never would I want her to deliver my baby. Dr. Bowen is great - just wish he had someone else in with him.

She gave an improper diagnosis, that caused a huge strain in my relationship. Diagnostic testing proved her to be wrong, but the damage was done.
