Good provider; terrible office support staff
he adjustments got the job done. They have the best massage therapist I’ve ever used. So why would a doctor and his clinic get a one star review? The least professional front desk I’ve ever worked with for starters. It’s an odd experience to walk into a medical situation and have the front desk continuously push treatments you do not need simply because your insurance will pay for them. I had to be firm at one one and flat say “I have a physical therapist, please stop pushing it” The adjustments at Active Chiro are fantastic, but the unprofessionalism up front stops it from being an experience that nets positive. On top of everything else, it’s disheartening to hear a front desk talk ish about other patients, because you know as soon as you leave the room, it’s your turn. Commenting on the weight and hygiene of the person before me was unnecessary
