DO NOT RECOMMEND LAKE WORTH COUNSELING!! Services to get our daughter evaluated for ADHD are fully covered by UHC, however this office will bill you extra and above ($2K) "because additional credits are needed for a full evaluation". This is their way to get the insurance payout, as well as charge parents additional money. And they require you to sign an agreement saying you will pay the additional "credits". We were able to get a full evaluation from another office so I know they were trying to scam us.

Awesome therapist horrible office
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I was in the hospital trying to pass a kidney stone and I called to reschedule my appointment but the rude customer service lady said I would have to pay the $75 cancellation fee even though my copay is only $20 per visit. Stay FAR AWAY from this scam of a facility. They have absolutely no exceptions for emergency situations that are not in your control. Rude and unprofessional!
