I have a regular doctor that I see at this clinic who is great. He takes a holistic approach when trying to diagnose patients’ issues. Kaitlin does not do this. I got the sense that she did not look at my history and was just throwing darts without understanding my history. I fully agree with the previous reviewer. Her bedside manner is harsh. After repeatedly telling her a certain medicine did not help me over many years she insisted to prescribe the same medicine. My impression is that this clinic also treats allergy and asthma. Kaitlin specifically told me that it does not. She didn’t even consider that my coughing could be related to that. She did not take the time to listen to my chest until I requested. She said, we don’t deal with that here. Even if that’s the case, wouldn’t you just check then refer the patient elsewhere? Please do not see this clinician if you want to feel better. She is not someone who will build a relationship. Her follow up rate has to be low.

Rude. No bedside manners. Will never see her again! Does not listen to patient needs or concerns. Wouldn't even give her a one star
