Active Listening and Welcoming
She was amazing! First time meeting her, I went in for a follow up appointment for gastrointestinal issues pertaining bloating and abdominal distention (which are ambiguous and hard to evaluate in current medicine) and she did a superb job explaining the situation. Especially with these complex conditions, it can get discouraging, but she gave me hope that this can get solved. Through patience, active listening, and kindness, she designed for me a logical plan to improve my situation. I'm looking forward to speaking with her again.

I have been waiting for bloodwood results for a week now. Results were ready a week ago and still nothing. I’ve asked for them twice without success. And now being advised she will not even be available u til Tuesday?? This is unacceptable!! And the 2nd time she has done this to me. I cannot imagine her patient base stands for this. Unprofessional and frankly dangerous
