I have been seeing Dr. Kat for 6 months and I couldn't be happier. She has helped with all of my medical concerns and has improved my overall health. I've never felt better! She is patient, and positive and always responds promptly. I highly recommend Dr. Kat!

Incredible experiences with this doctor! She is always there to support, educate, and empower me, not just tell me what to do. I feel the most heard compared to any other doctor I've been to, and I always leave feeling hopeful and excited which is not something you hear about most doctor appointments. She's my go-to.

Cares more about money than her patients. Email a couple follow-up questions expect an invoice for anywhere from $60-$85. She's all about the MONEY.

I have been seeing Dr. Kat for several years now. I am a western trained health professional myself and have been on the journey of complementary health care for more than 20 years, having seen several different practitioners over the years. I think that both my personal experiences and professional training allow me to provide an accurate assessment of Dr. Kat as a wholistic practitioner. She is highly intelligent and uses that gift for the benefit of her patients in her knowledge base and willingness to do ongoing research and expand her own learning. Dr. Kat understands that the physical, emotional and spiritual self are all interconnected and she treats each patient as an individual, rather than the "cookie cutter" approach that I have experienced elsewhere. Her kindness and compassion prevail as she offers hope and healing. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kat to others who are seeking a physician who offers competent wholistic care.

Dr. Staal helped me when traditional medicine/doctors failed. She is down to earth, thorough, and truly dedicated to your health. She listens! She spends time and has helped me to start to feel like myself again. I see her for acupuncture as well and have had such a positive experience that I only wish I had tried this years ago!

Dr. Kat is absolutely a genuine person with a huge heart and the smarts to back it up. She is a fantastic Naturopath and healer, her knowledge has no equal from the many that I have dealt with. I highly recommend seeing her for whatever may ail you, she will take the time to get to the root cause of the problems in stead of just treating the symptoms. The office is beautiful, you can tell she has really worked hard to make it a welcoming space.

Dr. Kat is an amazing physician who gives insights to my health issues like no other. I have been unwell for over ten years and with her care and compassion, I feel healthier and AM healthier (based on my labwork) than I ever remember being! Based on this, I started bringing my entire family to see her and we feel like a whole new homestead! Her office is lovely and comfortable, and she always goes above and beyond for me and my family. I would recommend her across the board; truly a blessing!

This doctor is very unprofessional and she does not care about her patients. She is more focused on billlable hours than patient care. The office is dirty and run down and you can not get in touch with the doctor or even a secretary for days. I would not recommend this dr to anyone.
