I have been Going to Summit Medical, Oak Ridge for more than 10 years. Michael Henderson is my Primary. When I need to be seen, I always ask for Kaitlyn as she is 100 % competent. She listens, understands, is compassionate, explains what my condition is and how it will be treated. I trust her the same way I do Dr. Mike and that is saying a lot! She reads a lot and understands the practice of medicine as well as any Dr. I have ever seen.

Went in to be seen for sinus infection after suffering for a week. Kaitlyn was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She made quick work of the diagnosis and got me on my way. Very satisfied with her care.
