I had a deeply disappointing and uncomfortable experience with Kalilah Haywood. From the start, I was shocked at how unprofessional she was. During my appointment, she openly talked about other clients by name and discussed details that should have been kept private. It made me extremely uncomfortable and left me wondering what she might say about me to others.What made the situation even worse was how she treated her colleagues. She argued with staff members right in front of me and other clients—completely inappropriate behavior for a medical setting.
