I look forward to my sessions

I was assigned with Kole Grozdev as my physical therapist and he's the clinical manager. He gave me an exercise plan that helped get my leg ready for a full knee replacement surgery. Kole encouraged me to strengthen my leg and increase my range of motion when I would have liked to quit. He was always positive as I pushed and sometimes struggled through the exercises. Kole reminded me how important therapy is after knee replacement surgery. Kole continues to be caring and makes it enjoyable while I'm doing therapy after my knee replacement surgery. He always asks how I am doing during and after each session. Kole encouraged me to move from using a walker to walking with a cane and recently walking unassisted. He has an intuitive sense of knowing when I am ready to increase reps or move on to a new exercise. Kole listens to my history with lupus/RA and makes accommodations with my mobility issues. At the end of every session Kole stretches my knee out while reminding me to relax.
