Kandace Eagle has provided me with exceptional service and care for about a year now. My previous experiences with other providers were subpar to say the least— completely negligent to scheduled appointments, rescheduling without notice, impossible to reach when there was a need. I have not once had these problems with Kandace. In fact, when the coordinating staff forgets to reach out and notify me of a appointment, or if I miss a call appointment, Kandace always comes back around in between her following scheduled appointments and squeezes our appointment in between. She has gone above and beyond all others I have received care from. I am so grateful for her reliability, expertise, and calming demeanor— it is greatly appreciated.

Terrible.. I was referred by my primary doctor to go to this office assigned to Dr xxxxx. DR. xxxx gave me a letter to be out of work for 2 weeks. Its been 4 weeks and I have still not received the letter. My job put me on unpaid leave. This office is the worst and very unprofessional. They have a very backwards policy. So when the Dr writes you a doctors note, it has to be sent this office (Compass Health) to be processed. They told me it takes 5 to 7 business days to process the doctors note. This makes no sense. The staff is ghetto, the supervisor is worthless and you cant even speak to the doctor. If I had serious condition and was crazy. You are dealing with mental health patients, and its your job to provide the best care. It would be their fault if something bad happens. I beg who ever reads this message., PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. IF your doctor is party of this office. Look some where else. -100 rating score

Same as all the other people here. No care or time spent, huge wait time, rude office staff (and not knowledgeable). Waited an hour because I was going to change my primary insurance carrier (had my information). "the person" was not there to do it; then they wanted me to call and cancel my secondary insurance. then I had to wait another hour because I "missed" my appt time (waiting to change insurance, and was told it was my fault. This is only one visit-I have never had a smooth time there and the staff is unhelpful and mean. Oh and of course no matter how long you have been on your medication you have to come "very frequently," to increase their cash flow.

Identical situation as the review from 04/18/17. I was literally in the office for 90 seconds. It was my first and last visit. Asked absolutely nothing about me or how my medicine was working for me. Said I must come monthly regardless of the fact on the medication for years. She stood up 90 seconds later and told me to get my script at the counter. There they told me it was required I use their pharmacy! Refused to give me my script otherwise until I almost made a scene. Filed a complaint with

I came here just for continuation of care after my old psychiatrist's practice closed. For this purpose, this office is perfect. I spent ten minutes with Candace's PA, they didn't try to mess with my diagnosis or medication. Medication that was working PERFECTLY. You're not coming here for therapy, you're coming for basic treatment from a healthcare professional. And when my old prescription unexpectedly expired, this office got me in in less than 24 hours for my new patient appointment.

Saw this provider 1 time at Compass Health Systems after going there for 4 years under the care of others, who keep leaving. Her immediate lack of professionalism, care, concern, compassion and basic psychiatric understanding of humans is astonishing. She made it very clear I was going to start coming every month despite the fact that I'd been going less frequently in 2 years and feeling better. The company culture is one of total dysfunction. Co-pay and go. Disgraceful

I do not feel like this doctor listens to me needs at all. I would not recommend her to any loved one. She will not listen to my questions when I need answers to them the most.

I had an appointment with dr. Eagle on monday the 21 of dec. The appointment was for 4:30 pm. After waiting an hour I inquired about my appt. I was told at 5:35 that that the dr. was no longer there. The kid at the window was willing to ok the scrips. This is UNEXCEPTABLE. Where is my doctor. Why am I waiting so long to find out this? I will not return. This complaint will be filed with the AMA.
