Kara is an excellent health care provider. She always takes the time to listen attentively and when she has suggestions for the treatment of whatever ails me she has at least 3 options. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable about integrative therapies-but knows and uses Western medicine when and where needed. Her staff is friendly and competent. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes in her office and she's been my PCP for about 6 years.

She's very caring, down to earth, considerate and attentive. She listens. These are very important characteristics to have when someone is caring for your health. Kara is very realistic about things, I appreciate her outlook and explanations.
