She will not accommodate my need for a phone visit while at work vs a video visit. When someone needs your help, AND IS PAYING YOUR SALARY, you talk to them how THEY need to talk to you. You don't cost them money by insisting they stop everything to accommodate you. Especially when the other person in your office only does phone calls.

  • Staff wasn't friendly
  • Long wait times
