I feel as if Mrs. Lankford is always unsure of her diagnosis. Every appointment I had with her there was never a resolution to my issues. I always felt rushed when being seen by her. At one point they called me and basically wanted to rush my appointment because she had other obligations. She is not very knowledgeable about a diagnosis or certain medications unless she has her laptop with her. They loved my insurance and having me follow up every week for a $40 copay!

I looked all over for a clinic as a new patient to TN. This clinic was EXTREMELY quick, friendly, and actually listened to me. Didn't wait more than 5-10 minutes for anything. Kara herself was extremely personalable and knowledgeable, and that's coming from someone who works in healthcare. She treated me like I was the most important patient of her day. I can't recommend her, and this TriStar clinic enough. I've never been to a medical facility as competent, patient centered, and helpful as this
