I've had quite a few chiropractors in the past and have struggled with back pain for a long time, and Dr. Kara is by far the best chiropractor I've ever been to. She now works at the newly opened chiropractic office at Lake Superior Community Health Center in Duluth. Since my time seeing her, I've never had such great results. Not only is she intelligent and provides successful results, she also cares. She is compassionate and makes you feel comfortable during visits, and truly cares very deeply about your whole wellbeing. I've also struggled with not wanting to be touched, so chiropractic was scary for me for a while. She is always sensitive of that and makes me feel safe enough to be adjusted. Part of that is because she really knows what she is doing and how to best help you. Chiropractic can be intimidating, but I assure you that this provider will make you feel comfortable and give you great results. I have full faith in this provider! Could not recommend her enough!

I had never been to a chiropractor in my entire life, but after living with neck, foot, and back pain, I decided to give it a shot. After my initial appointment, I was given some options towards help with my pain. It's important to note, that it was not pushy at all, and was left up to me. Dr Kara treated me when I experienced an acute episode of chronic neck disc degeneration. After a few weeks of adjustments,decompression therapy, and other modalities, I was pain free. Her follow-through included prescribing and monitoring rehab exercises so.I have more mobility and strength in my neck than I have had for many years! I can now look up and see the stars in the night sky!
