I would never recommend Karalee Pino to care for any child. My daughter and I were clearly concerned, blood work ordered, no call back and told nurse to have me follow up with her primary care in 1 month if not better. She works for a pediatric primary office. Advise I would have gotten from a walk in center. A very horrible experience. I love the other providers. Choice one of them!

I will recommend her as a great APRN. But I am going one step further to also to recommend her as a great human being. I value the fact that she was a good listener. More than being just professional, and got to the bottom of my daughters illness. I can't thank her enough. APRNs rock. PHA is a great group.

PHA was generally okay, but we ended up parting ways due to their views on infectious disease screening, which as a scientist, I found illogical in the extreme. Other issues:The one blood draw for my toddler in their office was horrific: there was blood everywhere, and it took years off my life. Thier parking situation is really awful. I ended up with Pedicare pediatrics, and find it SUCH a better practice to be at...far easier parking for one thing, and generally competent.
