My daughter is a heart patient so her system is very sensitive to things and Karen Buch was incredible at giving me all the time I needed and running tests when my daughter was sick with some sort of bacterial infection that wasn't strep and acted like a virus so it was hard to diagnose. It was tricking and took us a week to figure out what it was but Karen didn't give up until we figured out how to treat it and as soon as my daughter got the antibiotics in her system she was better that day?
